OK here we go again. I am climbing back on the horse lol. I am going to start entering my meals again, I have also started using the rowing machine for more than just a coat rack. I was scared that it would make my back pain flair back up, but it hasn't.3

@mg07030 I hear you, this is my busy season at work and they're asking us to work extra hours and while I said no, it's so hard to fit everything into my day and I find myself still catching up at the end before I clock out.1 -
Having a great day so far. Do to the snow outside about 16 inches this weekend walking in outside is to slippery at this time. So I went to the mall and walked there for a hour. Now to get some weights in this afternoon. Goal this week is to eat better and lots of walking2

@digger61 Haha, mall walking, love it!! Can't say I've done it, when I don't walk outside for whatever reason, I go to the gym and use the treadmill, but that's a great way to do it!0 -

@SLIMn2016 OMG, so true, mine's usually busier right after the new year, they like to run a promotion where they waive the activation fee and people jump on that and then show up for like 2 weeks and then never again.3 -

Got my lab work back from the doctor and it was great news. My total cholesterol dropped from 170 to 118. Last year I was heading towards pre-diabetes and fatty liver disease. This year those levels are better too.3 -

The hardest part for me is snacking at work. Since I work a desk job, it’s easy to snack. I have been bringing healthy snacks just in case I want to snack, but fighting the craving is tough for me.1
