    Today I am going to finish cleaning basement and fish tanks. Meals planed for the day. I find this helps me to stay on track and not over eat. Exercise today weights and walking. Hope you all meet your goals today

    I figured out today that I can actually cross my legs again....amazing. I had forgotten how much mobility I had lost.

    Comments: I've been doing a lot of thinking about what my goals are and how I'm going to get there and I've set some goals for 2019 and I'm trying to get a jump on them but it's surprisingly hard. Not really sure what's stopping me, but it's been sort of hard to get going again.

    I've also been thinking of what goals I want to have for next year. It's too easy for me to get complacent without setting realistic targets to meet.

    Completed 10 minutes of cardio this morning, and got in 90 minutes of weight training with my hubby! I really valued and enjoyed the workout since we rarely get to workout together. Plus, it was fun to just have some quality time together 💪♥️

    It's a gain, but I take it with a grain of salt. Still lost 3 lbs. total for December, so I'm happy about that 😊 January challenge will be better 💪

    It figures the day AFTER my weight in I lose some. My last goal of the year was to hit into the 330's. I got on the scale today and it said 340.8. I have 2 more days. I may do it! Well either way I sure will give it my best shot!

    @kazunomiya You know, even if you don't, you will still have it as a goal, and it will still be exciting WHEN you get there. You can't always control the when, but you can control getting there...
