Comments: I've been doing a lot of thinking about what my goals are and how I'm going to get there and I've set some goals for 2019 and I'm trying to get a jump on them but it's surprisingly hard. Not really sure what's stopping me, but it's been sort of hard to get going again.
I've also been thinking of what goals I want to have for next year. It's too easy for me to get complacent without setting realistic targets to meet.

Completed 10 minutes of cardio this morning, and got in 90 minutes of weight training with my hubby! I really valued and enjoyed the workout since we rarely get to workout together. Plus, it was fun to just have some quality time together 💪♥️

So a while back, my old trainer gave me a bracelet that say #WeLiveOurChoices. I didn't think much of it at the time, but it's true either way. Either you work hard and reach your goals, or you don't and don't reach your goals, either way, that was your choice...
So I'm going to choose to reach my goals next year...and not make excuses.
#NoExcuses.
On a side note, the trainers call me Supergirl and that name's growing on me...5 -

It figures the day AFTER my weight in I lose some. My last goal of the year was to hit into the 330's. I got on the scale today and it said 340.8. I have 2 more days. I may do it! Well either way I sure will give it my best shot!
