    Comments: I was able to get back on track today. I am a little nervous this week with calories because I have a lot of work events. I am going to be working hard to stay on track.

    Comments: Started out to be a good day, then it wasn't, don't really want to talk about how my weekend went, really need to figure out what my goals are and start getting and staying on track. It's like I can't stay on track without a deadline....so need to figure out how to deal with that....

    I had to have some eggnog today. I love the stuff. I get 4oz of it every few days. It's a treat! I made carrot cake overnight oats for me and my mom. She loves it when I make them. I got my mom to workout with me and it was so much fun! I bought some new workout shoes!

    Weekend of Christmas shopping which is not something I enjoy. However something the hubby and I do enjoy is eating out, so that’s how we made it bearable. Oh well, still at a deficit for the week, it’s just this time of year.

    I am reminding myself there are only 15 days left until the new year! 😩. I must buckle down so I am under 190 to start the new year, preferably closer to 185! Good luck to everybody with your goals to finish out 2018 on a great note! We can do it! 👍🏼👊🏽🎉
