Comments: Weird week this week. A combination of dead week blues and hormones led to a bad week but I feel better now and was on track yesterday and plan to be today as well. Not going to go in reverse anymore.3 -

Weigh in week: Week 1
Weigh in day: Saturday
Previous Week's Weight: 165.2 lbs
Current Weight: 167.8 lbs
Having one of those points where I gain and lose the same 5 lbs, need to change that, but I've also been working hard on building muscle again so that's likely why, but I need to find the balance since I do still have some weight I need to lose yet...so the question remains, do I work hard on finishing the job or build muscle again...probably should finish the job and then work on building muscle again since I am working on technicals for my Olympic lifts and not as heavy, so it would probably be the best time to finish, rather than waiting until when I am lifting much heavier and building more muscle, I just wish I could manage to do everything at once, but it's not easy.3 -
Friendly reminder, these are the weights I'm missing from the week:

Weekly weigh in December 7
PW. 188
CW. 190.8 😟
@cmteach4 Might be time to dig deep and think about thy you wanted to lose the weight in the first place, go back and find what motivated you to start in the first place, that usually helps me.
You got this, take baby steps, one day at a time!!
You are definitely right, @AB0215 ! I am digging! Thanks for the pep talk!0 -

Weigh in day: Sunday

CW: 250.2
Comments: With being up all night with sick kids at the beginning of the week and then being sick myself at the end of the week, this definitely has been an off week, but I'm glad to see the scale still moved. I'm losing frustratedly slowly, but I'm going to keep with it and make my slow progress.

@Beckymomof3girls When losing slowly frustrates me, I think about it in another way, I didn't gain all the weight overnight and I won't lose it overnight and 1 lb a week is 52 lbs a year..and that's a pretty significant transformation...so don't feel toooooo bad that it's 1 lb.....2 -

Tracking: Yes
Calories: Under
Exercise: No, will get back to it after my finals.
Comments: Was a healthy day yesterday. I weighed in at 181.9 this morning so go figure. I always bloat on weigh-in days. Going to have another successful day of eating and studying today. So far so good. I'm also thinking of opening up my diary for my friends to see because I think it will help me stay on track and accountable. I always like to go on my friends' diaries to get meal ideas. I'm feeling much better than last week so I'm off to a good start which always helps me.1 -

Weekend of Christmas shopping which is not something I enjoy. However something the hubby and I do enjoy is eating out, so that’s how we made it bearable. Oh well, still at a deficit for the week, it’s just this time of year.
