I am reminding myself there are only 15 days left until the new year! 😩. I must buckle down so I am under 190 to start the new year, preferably closer to 185! Good luck to everybody with your goals to finish out 2018 on a great note! We can do it! 👍🏼👊🏽🎉

YOU CAN DO IT CHRIS!!! :)

Despite a horrendous weekend calorie wise, I have a loss I’m more than happy with. Gonna knuckle down and hope for similar this week. Although the weekend will be a challenge again as my mum is visiting and me have a Christmas dinner booked.

Well done everyone for this week, and good luck for next!

@kazunomiya There's a crazy reason why this happens, fat loss and weight loss do not happen at the same time. Basically once you burn the fat and that fat cell is more empty, your body waits for you to fill it back up with fat so it uses water as a place holder, so you weight doesn't really change until your body gives up on you filling that cell back up with fat and lets go of the water. This is one of the reasons water is so important, drinking extra water can really help your body to let go of the water...

I always put more emphasis on how I look and feel, rather than what the scale says because that's sort of a poor indicator of success, even though it's one of the most measured for success...
