I guess no gain is better than no loss. I have to step it up.2 -
Ugh, so the kids broke my scale this morning. I'm going to try to pick one up at Target this afternoon, but depending on the available options, I might have to order one from Amazon. My weigh in day is Sunday, so hoping I can get it worked out by then!1

Comments: I've been trying to mix up the cuisine a bit at home so it won't become too boring. I made shrimp and pork tenderloin okonomiyaki (it's like a savory pancake) for dinner. It looks high calorie (it can be depending on what fillings you put inside) but that and the cucumber salad I made to go with it came up to be under 400 calories. It's 75% cabbage, so that helps. It was a big success!

@kearyandjessy I always suggest starting small, maybe find a way to cut 100 calories out of your day, or go for a 20 min walk every day, that all adds up. And it gets easier with time, and results get addicting!2 -

Comments: Set some new goals today, I've really been struggling to stay the course and set new goals and I think it's because I'm goal oriented and I work well with deadlines, and I don't have a deadline right now. My trainer suggested that we set some goals together and I think his idea is that I might get the sense of the "deadline" that I need to stay on track. I have never really felt like I needed the accountability, but since I shared that struggle with him the other day, I can honestly say that I've felt less lost and more in control of my food choices and I'm finding that very interesting.6
