Good thing that weight loss is all about diet and you don't have to rely on the diddly squats!1 -

I have been out of town for a week, but I am back, trying to catch up here. I am back to logging my food and am going to try hard for a loss this week, just not sure if that will happen after eating out so much while I was traveling.4

Thank goodness, the weight I gained the past week came off. Hopefully the clean eating this week will help take some more off1 -

@rekvar12 Great plan for tomorrow. Is there any way that you can pack a lunch or bring some snacks with you so that you don't get caught late?
@Starshine15 You did great today! Don't get yourself sick again though!
@cdavisdeva yep, maintaining is ALWAYS better than a gain!2 -

Yes, need to do something like that, since I'm messing up timings too often. I see a nice dinner as my reward for being good all day, so I usually want to do it at home and in comfy clothes, but as you can see that's a problem.1 -

Silly question time....
I think I might have set my goals wrong in here.
Maybe I am moderately active rather than lightly active?
I do basic house work stuff but my baby just had a weigh in and is 8kg now 😱( he is growing so quick!) so when I log walking to the shops I am actually pushing a pram and during the day I lift and carry him a lot.
Do you guys think I should change to moderately active? My arms sure feel like they got a work out yesterday from baby lifting 😄
What would you define as lightly active?
