    @RisingAboveIt Wow! Is your husband ok? That is super scary. Just breathe and take care of you and him. I'd bet it is not a total real gain either. Drink some water and you may find that a lot of it is sodium. Don't sweat it though....just breathe.

    Was doing good yesterday, 5 mile walk in the morning, roast turkey for dinner drinking water while everyone else was drinking cocktails. And THEN I went to my niece's wine and chocolate lounge in downtown Buffalo. 😨
