I forgot to weigh in today I’ll try and remember tomorrow. I have been thrown off since My sons Holiday basketball 🏀 tournament. Too many games and crazy meals . I have been sticking with the IF part but have not stuck with the keto part. So I guess I have been “ delaying don’t deny IF life style”
    TGIF
Another day of basketball 🏀 tomorrow.

    WEIGH IN
    Last week: 176.4
    Dec 28: 181.8

I'm about to go into my time of the month, which always makes me hold onto water. I know that my number will drop in a few days. I also fell slightly off of the wagon. I've been battling my depression for months, and have really had a hard time getting back on track.
I lost 150lbs, and then had a bunch of things kind of blow apart in my personal life. I have just lost the motivation to really go for it. I know how to lose weight. I just need to do it. I got back to tracking today, and back to IF. I think IF was really what helped me to not snack this last time, so I'm going to go back to it!

    Tracking: yes
    Calories: yes
    Exercise: Practiced Zumba and walked

    Last: 250.1

I expected to be up some but this is annoying. It’s amazing how I have to bust my butt and the gym and eat perfectly just to barely lose a pound, but I can have one unhealthy long weekend and gain six like it’s nothing.
Guess I have some work to do.
Still have my Dad’s bday, the Eagles game and NYE. By this math I’ll be starting January back in the 260s. Oh well

Thursday is my weigh in day - and I'm behind . . .
    Dec 20 133.0
    Dec 27 134.2

I have not been tracking or exercising but trying to get back on track.

My holiday season has been (just like many of yours) back to back social events. Hard to manage the food/sleep exercise! We hosted 37 for a sit-down turkey dinner (and I do not live in a big house) as you can imagine it took days of planning and preparation! (My sister-in-law is going to host next year)

You are only up a pound, so I would consider that a win!! 37 for dinner....I can't even imagine!! I can put 6 in my kitchen and 10 in my dining room, and maybe 4 in the den with a card table and chairs if I had to, but that would be the max! I hosted two events this year, one with 13 adults and one with 10 adults, but that doesn't even come close to 37! Next year I won't have to host at all!!

I don't consider holiday weight "real weight" due to higher carb and sodium content all you will have to do is drink water and get back to some sort of consistent, controlled eating. It won't stick. I know it is shocking to see but it should come off as fast as it came on, especially if you jump right back into routine.
