I guess Uncle Tom is bringing Aunt Flo for a visit. My back and joints are killing me. Headaches for the last three days, nausea, and cramping. Joy. I would love to take a Midol right now, but my bloodwork came back from the doctor a few weeks ago. My kidneys are not function within a range of numbers they would like, so no meds such as Midol, Alieve, Tylenol etc. Going to take my essential oils to work with me today. I have a feeling I am going to need them.2 -

I got a spiralizer for Xmas. I've always wanted one. So I went out and bought a spaghetti squash. Turns out those are to be cut up baked and then you scrape the strands out. Has anyone ever had it? Not sure if its worth the effort.

@aroze0928 I always try to stay on plan, sometimes I'm able and sometimes not!
I've never personally tried spaghetti squash but everyone that I know that has says it's great...always seemed like to much work to me. Did you try it after?0 -

@lovethyneighbor I feel so bad that you can't take anything for pain (TOM can be harsh). Hoping you feel better soon! Do you find the essential oils help? I've never used them for anything besides adding smell to stuff.0 -
