Exersize: 13403 steps and arm day at the gym.
Goal: A person volunteered to help me with diet and exercise. Starting Saturday I'll be doing what he mapped out. I know the exercise will be good. I'm at odds with raising my caloric intake. Lord willing it will work.
Worth a try! Will be anxious to hear about your progress.
Thank you!1 -
Wednesday check in
Calories: under
Water: under, but better than Tues
Goal: Take a selfie "before" pic - I didn't really want to, but I made myself do it. Lol. Put it in a hidden folder in my phone for my future self to look at.
Thursday check in
Calories: under
Water: goal met!
Tomorrow: 2-day water streak. Cook a nice clean meal. Ate healthy-ish the last 2 days, but was pretty lazy about it. Probably ate too few calories, because I just couldn't be bothered. On the bright side, I'm starting to see how increased water consumption really does help with hunger!3 -
Wednesday check in
Calories: under
Water: on target
Exercise - just 9758 steps, but a little closer to 10K
Goal for tomorrow: I would love to swim, but will have to see if I can. I may not be able to.2 -

Friday check in...
Calories are good. Tracked everything, even the sugar in my coffee. Dipped into my WW weekly allowance for a Thai dinner out and a large glass of wine. 😁
Water still not where it needs to be but getting there.
Exercise non existent today.
Goal for tomorrow. Enjoy my last day two days of vacation and take it easy before the chaos begins. Simple as that.2 -
Friday check in
Calories: barely in the green
Water: 120oz +
Exercise: 30 min treadmill plus strength training
Day 4 of no junk food
1 -
Friday check in:
Cals : over
Water : ehhh, didn’t track very well
Exercise : 18,498 steps
Delighted with my steps, I started the day with an hour on the treadmill. That meant I’d nearly 11,000 before I left the house for a day out with the kids. I went to bed early after finding myself snacking a bit much so my total for the day could have been worse (around 400 over)
Going out for dinner tonight so I’ll eating v lightly today to keep cals low. Looking forward to it2 -
I just wanted to officially welcome everyone to the January F2F Challenge. Our moderators have all been busy these past weeks and we have gotten behind with a few things here and there but things should be getting back on track moving forward. I wanted to give a massive shout out to our great friend Greg @Navydaddjtc for his amazing job taking care of almost EVERYTHING during our January registrations! We could not have gotten our month started without you Greg!!
I would also like to wish you all a Happy New Year 2019!
May dumbbells and barbells always are by your side. May fitness always be embedded in your stride. May you never miss your gym sessions. May you always have tons of motivation. Happy New Year!!
