    Oh my goodness, you guys are really doing great. Honestly very low gains for the couple of weeks that’s been in it. I’m up...a lot😩 Anyway, I’ll not be admitting to anything until Sunday with the vain hope it’s not as bad as it is now.

    May as well do my Thursday check in since the kitchen is closed:
    Cals : around 110 under (target 1700)
    Water : including tea/coffee around 3.5 litres
    Exercise : just over 14,500 steps through treadmill/walking/keeping busy

    Feels good to be back in control of my eating

    Week: Week 1
    Weigh In Day: Monday
    PW = 180.8
    CW= 180.5

    Not bad for a week of partying.
    Like I've said in an older post, i had this thoughts to move to the cheering squad. 2018 was a great year for me. I've learned so many things about me. I've lost more weight than i planned. I reached my goal in August. I smashed my goal with extra 20lbs. I'm at a healthy weight now. You were a big part of my success, and I have to thank you all. Now my plan is to maintain this weigh or add few lbs of muscles. So for now, please move me to the support team. Thank you!

    Fantastic news!!!!!! It's so inspiring to see success stories with people meeting thier goals :)

    Week 1
    Weigh day Thursday
    Previous 162.8
    Current 166.2

    😬 I had a huge gain over the last two weeks. Much expected as I ate and drank all I wanted but now back to work!!

    You've got this. A chunk of that will be extra water from the extra food, so its probably not all true weight gain

    I’m right there with you Jill. I put on over six pounds the last two weeks but I am not stressing about it. It came off before, it will come off again. I like that you said it feels good to be back in control of your eating. I feel the same. Thanks for sharing. Always nice to know I am not alone in this journey.

    Thursday check in....

    Calories are good.
    Water still too low but I’m working my way back up.
    Exercise. Plan on getting back to after vacation ends on Monday. 😫
    So today I continued working on my water intake, adding vitamins/supplements back in as well as fruits and vegetables. Building on that I started tracking everything again. Goal for tomorrow. Do it all again and preplan/prepare for meals next week. (Building back slowly to all my old habits that work.)

    Goal: A person volunteered to help me with diet and exercise. Starting Saturday I'll be doing what he mapped out. I know the exercise will be good. I'm at odds with raising my caloric intake. Lord willing it will work.

    I gained over 5 in a week and it came off quickly. It will take both of you no time at all either!
