Goals/Day: Today was a good day. No rain and not to cold for the baby out so I motivated myself to go walk. Beautiful day. Decided to put the past few weeks of bad food choices and lack of exercise behind me and get with the program again. Only thing I didn't get in today was enough water, which I replaced a couple glasses with diet soda that I was craving.

Goals/Day: This has been a long week. Four out of five people in my house have been sick with RSV. It was really bad with the 6 month old and scary. So I have not been exercising but I believe I have been mostly eating okay except for the day when I had a bunch of chips.
