    Exercise 40 minutes of cardio workout with resistance bands

    I had to take my mom to the hospital. She is okay and back at home. She has a heart murmur and it was causing angina. So...I didn't eat anything until after 5p because of my nerves. I did work out after work. It helped with the stress. My puppy Juniper likes to throw her tennis balls at me when I work out. I almost tripped on it during my work out. That tiny numbskull..haha. she hates it when attention isn't given to her.

    @kazunomiya I stretch after I workout and one of my cats (of course the fluffier one) likes to rub on me when I'm sweaty after a workout...and well, there's nothing like cat hair stuck to your sweat...
    Sorry to hear about your mom, glad she's ok, but that IS stressful!

    TOM is dictating my diet this weekend---UGH :s:(:/ it's been non-stop chocolate and chips over here---not a good day, but at least I was under calories bc I went to the gym, but that and this head cold has me off track this weekend.     No, not the Y, I belong to a gym in the Boston area that offers Cardio Machines, Weight Training free weights/Circuits, Spin, Les Mills, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing and Cross-fit. At one point before my injury I did all of it except for the cross-fit. I'm finally getting back to it now that I'm recouped!
