I had cravings, it was too cold to go aqua aerobics and my knees are still sore, so I didn't even go for a walk
I was watching dr Now and people, who weight 600lbs. I relate so much with them and have fear to gain same amount: I also have cravings I often give into. I don't want to walk as my knees hurt... It's so easy to gain and so hard to lose pounds...
It is hard to lose and so very easy to give in to those cravings. But you got this. You CAN do this!!!

@CindyJNC1963 One of my favorite sayings is "Strength from struggle" so the more you struggle, the stronger you will be...and knowing how hard it was today and you still did it, will make it a little easier next time. It's a mental game, and knowing you did it, helps make your mental game stronger!1 -

I’m relieved to see I didn’t really gain considering I haven’t been tracking much or exercising much. My husband is recovering from a tonsillectomy which has thrown my schedule for a loop. I think I need to give myself some grace and focus on maintaining until I have the space to push myself harder.

I started using a new scale this week, gives me nice consistent weight.
Next week I plan to do more of the same. Activity and trying to keep getting low cal proteins in my diet. Seemed to really keep me from being hungry. And really watching my carbs. Not a no carb kind of person but reducing I can do. Best wishes to everyone for another good week!4 -

I got overwhelmed yesterday and stopped tracking partway through the day. And I was about to not post when I saw I was 61 comments behind and not track today, but here I am, posting and I tracked my morning coffee. I’m heading to a moms group for breakfast so I’ll try my best to track my food immediately afterwards so I don’t get behind and overwhelmed again.1 -

I was so lazy yesterday: went to gym and instead of training, I sat in Jacuzzi and watched other people doing aerobics But today, after reading your feedback, I've got back on track and went for 9km walk
