For some crazy reason I was a pound lighter this morning than I was yesterday...I will take it!!
I've decided to update my avatar photo for every 20 lbs I lose...so here's the new photo. Not too much different from the last one..but a LOT different from the original one. Edit: Well, maybe the new avatar will show up eventually.4 -

@CindyJNC1963 I love that, and you're doing a great job!! You're down 40 lbs!! To put that into perspective, my 4 yr old niece is 42 lbs, so you've lost a 4 yr old!! Congrats!3 -

@CindyJNC1963 I love that, and you're doing a great job!! You're down 40 lbs!! To put that into perspective, my 4 yr old niece is 42 lbs, so you've lost a 4 yr old!! Congrats!

This plateau is getting very annoying and disheartening. I thought mfp would adjust my calorie allowance automatically but it doesn't. I have entered my new stats and it recalculated my allowance a lot lower. So that's probably been the problem. Let's hope next week will show a bit of a whoosh 🤔4 -

This plateau is getting very annoying and disheartening. I thought mfp would adjust my calorie allowance automatically but it doesn't. I have entered my new stats and it recalculated my allowance a lot lower. So that's probably been the problem. Let's hope next week will show a bit of a whoosh 🤔
@Jaydoh120 If you've lost a bit of weight and seem to plateau, it usually is a good idea to re-evaluate your intake, and you did, so that should help to break through it. It's also a good idea to change up your routine a bit, food choices, exercise, etc. And hang in there, this is a process and it will take time!2 -

Plateaus are tough. For me, the weight fell off for the first month or two...but the last month it has been a lot harder. Just hang in there.

Comments/Goals: Trying to get back to 5/2 again and started today. I felt great leaving Spin --but not sure Spin was the best choice this morning--- and wishing I'd stuck with CXWorks instead-- my back is feeling it.

Me too 😣. In the first 70 days I lost 17kg and then for the past 30 days I have only lost 1.I find it so hard to stay motivated when the scale doesn't move but I'm doing my best.3 -
