@Dave and Janet, on second thought, up my goal to 300. Let's really push it.
@vhuber - You guys are really getting some nasty weather. Don't you have some high winds coming? We are protected by the mountains from most of the wind but it looked like you had some high wind warnings, and more snow on the way.0 -

And that's GOAL for @2ESSIE!! :drinker:
@KAR328 - Yes, great article! You have so much to be proud of! :flowerforyou:
@SUFFERLANDRIAN - Got your goal number updated to 300! And yes, the raw temperature was bad enough, but those gusty winds just made it miserable and dangerous. It's much better today...18*F with almost no wind. That's almost t-shirt weather!
I did the elliptical again this morning and then did my weight circuit. Almost back to full strength!

@Janet: Congrats on being selected for Berlin! I cannot even imagine running 26 miles. I know how tough doing 13.1 has been and I think I did 16 for a training run that dang near did me in. So kudos to all you marathon runners. I think my nephew just ran 56 mile trail race. Yikes!
@vhuber: My grandparents did salt water steam. They swore by it.
@Dave or Janet, would you please up my goal again and put me in for 300.
Jan. 22: Adding 15.5 miles of walking 2.5 miles and biking 13 miles.
Dave or Janet would you up my goal for a second time and put me in for 300 miles.
TTD: 247 miles

Wow first month of the year nearly over! It is summer time here and my days have been very busy - working. On holiday for a couple of weeks. Yay
I have still been moving
MTD 141.3 miles. I have been aiming for 150 but I will go 160 this month. I love running in different places.
Thank you to those that keep this going!1 -

@kar328 - thank you for a further glimpse into you and your life, it was a great article and you’ve every right to blow your own trumpet - what you’ve achieved took dedication and hard work - be proud.
@Dave - so pleased you’re on the mend.
@Janet - I’ll keep you updated on how Japan goes. They are hoping to complete the majors before the number is increased to 7 - they inform me that this is a possibility (not that it will ever effect me )
It is very icy here (not as cold as parts of the US, but cold for here. The pathways in my town barely cleared of ice yesterday. Those in the shade didn’t ... so my planned run evolved into 6.2 m on the exercise bike.
