Nah course not. Watching this and not being able to run is killing me LOL4 -
Got 3 miles run yesterday evening & it hasn’t seemed to make my shoulder any worse. I tried not not move my shoulder & run very easy3

@mwurtzberger congratz for the run and yeh for pushing us over the 200. As far as I know there is no way to exclude walks. So I'm just entering my miles manually.
Hope I can start running today again. Deleaing with pain in the foot is not fun.

It's been a tough week to get a run in, but I'm planning on going to the gym after work to catch up! I also ordered a treadmill that should be delivered in the next week or so, so it will be super easy to squeeze a run in whenever I want.3

All the teams are kicking donkey!4

Go Team Runderful World!4 -
Sorry Runderful Runners - I am out from running again 😢 Saw the Sports Ortho today and basically he said I am not healed. So now to find a place where I can do water running... maybe I can count that time but it won't exactly be miles.5
-
@shanaber So sorry to hear you can't run! Here's to speedy healing!1

Don't worry we still have plenty of time! Hope you heal quickly.1 -
Aw @shanaber That’s just unfair. To you I mean. You heal up then you can take over when I’m injured. I’ve heard good things about water running. You might also come across a zero g runner. That might be something that’s okay to do since it supports your weight much like water running.
I grabbed two miles today on the Y TM while waiting for an evening class to start. I also did some leg presses- regret. Knee no like. And adductor resistance machine. I thought “wow this will be great. Weights one night a week is better than none. I’m going to embrace this”. Get to class and realize there are a lot of cars there... I’m 30 minutes early because ima nerd and like to study/read before class. I check the schedule and I’m 30 minutes late. Balls.3 -
Another 2 miles for Five for Nineteen, we're catching up 💪4

Hanging tough!!!!!3

Back on track today for Team B. Sorry I went MIA for a couple days there, guys! Looks like we might hit the 200 mile mark by the end of the long weekend, though.3
-
Racing today, 6 miles XC running, tough going, shattered now. Decent long warm up and down too to add to the miles.3

That's awesome!!2 -
Team B (More & Less) is just under 13 miles away from our 200 mile bib. Come on, ladies! We've got this!1
-
Finally got my treadmill delivered yesterday! I ran my first four miles on it last night, and it was great! It feels just as smooth as one of the treadmills at my gym, just takes a little bit longer to get up to speed etc.
Also, is anyone else doing the Fleet Feet x Saucony Winter Dozen Challenge?6 -
@seestephierun N I C E! on the FF challenge I was not aware of it. looks cool but I don't have time to keep up with another social media platform now. Have enough issues with MFP and Strava.1

Hey Runderful Runners! I earned my 100 mile bib this morning. This is the most miles I have ever run in the month of January, ever!9

Congratulations! @alanpeisakoff ! Way to get it done!2 -
Hey Team A! AKA Runderful Runners, I talked dh into joining our team. Just FYI all, I’m not cheating, he’s essentially (likely) replacing me for the challenge. He is marathon training, so I’m hoping he’ll give @workaholic_nurse some competition.2

Team More & Less finally achieved our 200 mile bib! We're in 4th place right now, but I know @amymoreorless has been tapering for her marathon and both @RisingAboveIt and I have missed some runs in the last week or two. Don't count us out just yet, right ladies?
Good luck to Amy in her marathon tomorrow!!

I wonder what she’s eating today? I’m having some ice cream in solidarity carb loading. Best wishes @amymoreorless !5 -
