Thanks for the add and to all of you for the work on putting this together... Don't think I'll hit 2019 miles, but even 1/4th of that would be my best running year ever!4 -

Hey all!
I'm not here to join this for the reasons I've stated in the main thread, but I want to congratulate all you folks for creating a great group here! This is very cool what you're doing and how much participation you're getting!
I'll be lurking from the sidelines, watching the spirited competition. Good luck to all!

Just wanted to add for team A the weather is stormy for the next couple of days so I probably won't get out again until the weekend. I'm not being a bum I swear.2

@7lenny7 - Thanks goes mostly to @amymoreorless and @Elise4270! I think it is going to be a fun group! Just hope I can contribute and not be injured!
@Butterchop - No worries! I haven't run yet this year so you are already ahed of me! Hopefully I should be able to get something on Friday.
@greyparks206 and @mwurtzberger - it is hard to find individuals unless you know their names or the ID they created on the RTY site. Some are obvious (Grey Parks) others not so much.
What do you all think of adding our RTY ID to the spreadsheet to make it easier?3 -

I think that would be very helpful! I've been trying to find individuals by going to each team, clicking on each member, and then searching their names, but since you can only see the first name (or username), last initial (if provided), and location for people you don't follow, it's quite tedious. And some people don't seem to show up in the searches at all...

One option is to edit your RTY screen name so it matches your MFP screen name.0 -
Thanks @7lenny7 !
@Butterchop @shanaber I’m taking a few days off too, all in injury management . So we’ll catch up! Or maybe @7lenny7 will join us and give us an edge.3 -

I added a column on the sheets if you’d like to be found easier. I also update my rty name to match mfp.2 -
I updated my RTY name to match my MFP name as well1
-
I updated my RTY profile to match my MFP name too although I think mine was pretty easy to find3

I missed the spreadsheet somewhere. What is it? Is there a link to it? Is this something I need to be updating?
Edit: Never mind, I found it. The link is on page 7 (this is a reminder to myself for later, as well as a note for anyone else who was looking for it.)1 -
Ugh I want to run. My daughter isn't well so I can't even go walk to log a mile or two. The cabin fever is driving me nuts!2
-
...and Five for Nineteen claws their way into third place!!!!3
-
I changed my RTY "display" name and updated the spreadsheet.3

Managed to sneak out and walk to the end of the village and back. Might just stop me strangling anyone for an hour or so 😂5

Sorry team no activity for me 2day & maybe 2moro. When to doctors yesterday with very sharp pain by my shoulder blade. She said it was muscular, gave me a muscle relaxant, strong painkillers & another painkiller with anti inflammatory. She said not to run incase I injured myself 😂 so I power walk instead. Even topped up with the drugs I was still in pain today so thought I’d better not walk either. I’ve made an appointment with a physio 2moro evening as he thinks it is probably a trapped nerve. Shud be fine after that!6

All right Runderdul Runners, we are 1/4 of the way to our first 100 mile bib!4

I got up early for a morning workout and had a choice between Insanity or running...I went running so I could add just a few miles for Team B MFP More & Less. Considering we are a small team, we are doing well!5

You pushed us over the 25 mile mark. Yay! We are definitely small but mighty. My "long" (for me) run of the week is tomorrow; I should add another 4.5 miles if all goes well.4 -

@RisingAboveIt & @greyparks206 I did my last long marathon training run this morning. We are now #3 with 43.7 miles. Go team B!5 -
I fell pray to being back at work and all work, no running. I'll catch up this weekend.1

Added 6 miles to Team D - Five for Nineteen!2

Cracking session today to add nearly 7 miles to Run Happy. I love interval training so did a warm up then 7 x half miles in about 3 mins with 2 mins recovery between each Rep. Then a warm down. Great session and if you have never tried intervals, I recommended starting with 6 x 1 min fast, 1 min easy, after a warm up. It really helps you get faster and fitter.3
