 Ugh. Winters in the Midwest are hard for me. No sun and brutal cold and difficult driving conditions. I always struggle in winter, feeling like I just survive it rather than live it. Iām much more affected by the lack of sunlight than Iād like to be. I have a āhappyā light but it only helps a little. Anyway, after I got over my sickness my daughter and son got it. And weāve had snow days and two hour delays, etc. Just a rough month so far in a lot of areas!
 I feel the same way. I just dont love the winters. I thought my daughter was good enough to go to school yesterday, she wanted to go.
 And I no sooner get a call from the nurse to come and get her. It never ends.
 I have the same problem with the sunlight. The dr told me to take vitamin
 D? Idk. At least your weight is good. Id be happy to get back to 150 at this point!2

            Good Morning! I was off yesterday and today. I been pushing fluids and tracking my intake regularly. Not consistent with tracking foods. I have been making some better food choices. Plan to work out today. I'm going to start focusing on my stomach too. Going to movies later. I'm not getting anything from the concession for myself. I might sneak in some apple slices!

 Weight went up this week. I'm not discouraged though. I been pushing fluids more. Wasn't consistent with my diet. I'm going to have to track or continue to go up and down.
 I'm at work. Nobody here. I might do a stair climbing challenge today. I'm trying to meet my next Fitbit Goal.3

 Ive been tracking all weekend. It ain't pretty but it keeps you aware.
 I can only imagine on 1 of my "bad" days what the calorie count looks like. 3k at least.

 We ended up out for lunch, the calories add up quick!
 Exercise 10508 steps. Only 30 min on treadmill. My poor daughter is still sick. She cant shake it so I cant spend a lot of time to myself.
 Goals. Looking forward to a brighter week with more exercise and a routine.

 Really havent had a chance to check in.
 I dont think I checked in for Sunday. I was under calories, no exercise but I did a lot of heavy cleaning tho.

 Exercise steps were low but I did do a mini workout with weights
 Took my daughter back to the dr and they finally gave her medicine. Its like pulling teeth to get an antibiotic. I guess they're okay with a kid missing a week of school. Youd think we were in a country where supplies are sparse.
 Goals- well my goal was to be in the 150's by month end. Today I was 2 pounds down from last weigh in which leaves me at 160.4. Maybe I can lose another pound for my weigh in Friday and I'll call that goal reached.

            Went to my doctor yesterday for a general check up and blood work. They were busy with lots of sick people. Masks. Coughing. Sneezing. Reminds me of the episode of The Resident yesterday. Today my throat is dry, scratchy, coughing, Iām chilled and have a migraine. š©4

            Hi Everyone,
 I'm working 8pm to 8:30am in cubicle land, my choice. It's going to be extremely cold tomorrow in Indiana. The kids have been out of school since Monday. They informed all parents on Monday that the kids would be off until Friday. They do E-Learning at home, so it's like a home/school day.
 My mood is so good right now! It's almost scary!. I started Brighter Day it's sold at GNS. I kind of feel like a failure for starting this mood/appetite pill, but I got to try something. I still think it's a placebo. However, I feel like running around cubicle land in a few minutes due to my happy mood!
 This challenge is so amazing! Every week they do a detailed review of each groups weekly weights. Then they do an individual analysis. I have to do better, so I don't feel like I'm wasting the group leaders time.4

 Yesterday was a good day I managed to go a day without chocolate yay me....here's to me doing the same today.

 Exercise minimal steps 7377, did more exercise with my weights. I have these 15lb ankle weights and I was huffing and puffing thats for sure.
 Goals keep salt and chocolate off the menu for today. I could literally eat green olives out of the jar and wash it down with the juice. Thats how bad š3
