Good job to all my weight logging accountability partners! My husband told me that I am back to my healthy mindset again.Once I got over my feelings of being down about running, I realize that I need to focus on healthy no matter what it is I do. I am thankful that God gave me a season in my life to enjoy running. Now I will move on and put my heart in biking, kayaking and other things. Thank you to all who have uplifted me when my knee issues got me down.

Have a great week everyone! And for those that are hitting the deep freeze, stay safe and warm.

Dr told me that the x ray showed fluid on my knee and referred me to an orthopedic dr. I had an appt today, but had to cancel as i am at jury duty. Hope the dr can get me in quickly once this duty is over.

@Lisah8969: I am sorry to hear about your knee. Hopefully they can take some of that fluid off. I know that it gave me relief both times. Until then, icing will make it feel better.

@Char, that ice sculpture is AWESOME!!! I'd freeze it & bring it back out each winter!! LOL
After washing walls in the entry (& everything else) so we can start painting it I got in 3 miles moving my feet!
Yes it's COLD here! Winds were to hit 70MPH yesterday (don't think it was that high but still) & today was really high again with temps in the teens so yes it was a below wind chill! Just soooo dang cold! HATE WINTER!

    Now crossing the GOAL line ..... @KAR328, @VHUBER, @LISAH8969, @KARID1114, @TAZZYTHATSME and @SUFFERLANDRIAN!! :drinker:

@DEAN - No worries, I'd rather be somewhere warmer too!!

@K80FLEC - That is awesome that you were recognized by your running club like that! As many have said, we were not surprised because we see that in you alll the time!

Hoping to get out to the gym in the morning despite the cold. I have to go to work anyway so doesn't matter if I make a detour to the gym, right? I'm so close to goal.
