    Under calories: No - still had a 650 calorie deficit but didn’t reach my goal of 1000 deficit. Homemade cinnamon raisin bread, peanut butter and steak caused the overage. NO REGRETS!!! :)

    @HASWLRS so sorry. I need to change my weigh day to Wednesday. I've joined a challenge in my town and that's my weigh day so it would be much easier to keep track. Currently I'm weighing 287.6!! I don't remember the last weight I've posted.

    Hi Team! Sorry I have been MIA, but the dreaded stomach flu touched down in my house last week and took a toll on our family. I missed my weight in, but as of this morning I am 249.8...woot woot. I have not been eating much and what I have eaten has been full of carbs. Today is a new day and I will pick myself up and push on!

    Under - Probably not
    Exercise - Not today. Sat at a computer all day and night, pushing to get this essay done. I do always have my accountability in the back of my head so it prevents me doing anything really stupid but I've just been starving hungry and bored all day. I've had lots of fluids though.

    Had a heck of a day but managed to stay to plan. Drain field failed causing the septic tank to back up and the roof started leaking. Super stressed about not being able to do anything myself and the added expense. But I’ve done all I can (called professionals, cleaned up the messes and limited future damages) and am not using it as an excuse to over eat. My kids think it’s great because they don’t have to shower tonight. How wonderful it is to be them :)

    We just got almost 9 inches and are headed for crazy low wind chills here. I counted my shoveling as exercise.
