Hi Team! Sorry I have been MIA, but the dreaded stomach flu touched down in my house last week and took a toll on our family. I missed my weight in, but as of this morning I am 249.8...woot woot. I have not been eating much and what I have eaten has been full of carbs. Today is a new day and I will pick myself up and push on!3

Had a heck of a day but managed to stay to plan. Drain field failed causing the septic tank to back up and the roof started leaking. Super stressed about not being able to do anything myself and the added expense. But I’ve done all I can (called professionals, cleaned up the messes and limited future damages) and am not using it as an excuse to over eat. My kids think it’s great because they don’t have to shower tonight. How wonderful it is to be them
