That makes a loss of 6.9lbs in total for this month. If I can keep that up every month I'll be very happy.
I'm going to set myself some goals next month, mostly exercise related. I want to be more consistent in my gym attendance and I want to start attending classes. I have been avoiding them since I joined as I am worried that I won't be able to make it to the end!
I also want to challenge myself to work on my flexibility every day.
Overall I've found the food side of things pretty easy this month. I had one day where I was over by about 400 but averaged out for the month, I came out pretty even.
I have no doubt that's due to checking in here most days and having to be accountable.
Thanks for the support everyone, I enjoy reading everyone's posts, and a special mention to @mram3582 for your hard work and dedication to this group!5 -

This has been a hard month for me and I lost the battle with stress eating because of report card time and issues with a coworker. However, the war isn’t over. This week's goal is to be aware of why I’m eating and determine is it stress or thirst.
Sorry team and I will do better.3 -

I started the Keto diet on Jan. 15th. Doing well with weight loss and am enjoying the food. Up 'til now, I've been counting my calories. According to experts on Keto, watching macros is more important than counting calories, so, starting today, I'm stopping counting calories and will record my Keto macros on my daily post instead. It's nice that I can set my goals for my macros with MyFitnessPal. If I plateau, I'll go back to counting calories. Anyone else doing a ketogenic diet?0

I wanted to try keto, too, but I felt like it was more important to keep my morning espresso habit for sanity. I also figured it would be easier to continue a lifestyle for maintenance eating food I plan to keep eating. It may take longer for me to lose, but I will have plenty of practice eating healthier. In general, I do try to keep carbs in check still.2 -

@lk2011 I feel the same way. With over 100 lbs to lose, I need to do what I can maintain over the long haul. More importantly, I need to learn the valuable lesson of discipline that only comes over time. Just my 2 cents.
