I am also doing Keto.It seems easy but I need to log the Carbs bc they do get away & add up quickly.(Ex,anything breaded also,look for hidden sugar). Weight is dropping as I also continue with getting more than 10000 steps/day.Today is day32.Good luck with Keto I will,like to hear about your progress.
@ghy5 - You inspire me with your 10,000 steps a day. I've been lax on exercise. How much weight have you lost in these past 33 days? I've lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks. I've been intermittent fasting only 1 day a week. Do you fast?

Polar vortex is taking its place in my daily drama. We are at -20 right now
We were without power for 3.5 hours overnight. Woke up cold. Gathered candles and flashlights. Power came back on.
Now my problem is two dogs that have to poo, but don’t stay outside long enough to accomplish the task.
My goal for today is to not eat as comfort factor. Or drink- hot chocolate? Kaluha?2 -

Calories: over-maybe or maybe right on...the recipe builder wasn't working and I imported the recipe I used, but it wouldn't let me substitute in what I used. I was able to cut the salt by 2/3rds. and not bread the chicken which took off a lot of calories.

@WA_Teacher you're welcome! I kept one in the beginning and it helped out a lot for identifying when I was just eating out of boredom or stress vs. hunger.... Don't tell me what to do!! You're not my mom....I'm a highly trained internet-certified technician with this thermo nuclear device I carry on my back!! (I think that my NSA friends just perked up)1
