    1/2/2019 - Hello all! I am giving Keto a try because I am at an all time high (258 lbs) and the doctor recommends Keto for my PCOS. I can't wait to read everyone's insights and results! Happy New Year!
    1/7/2019 - 6.3 lbs down! All water weight of course ;) but I will keep pushing and see what next week's weigh in brings!
    1/14/2019- 3.1 lbs down! Keto has been a bit of a struggle. I've experimented with a lot of new recipes for Keto. This, on top of my workouts, have been keeping me busy! Also lost .5 inch on my bust and chest!
    1/21/2019- 2.2 lbs down! OMG, I am so happy! It has been a real struggle, especially with all the free junk food, bagels, and the likes here at work.
    1/28/2019- 4.8 lbs down! I did an accidental fast on Saturday when I took the day off and read my book the ENTIRE day. That made me drop a lot. Didn't mean to and most likely will not do that again!
    1/31/2019-Same weight as 1/28. January is OVER YALL. Excited for February :smiley:

    SW: 258.8 lbs
    Total Weight Loss: -16.4 lbs
    GW (for now): 200 lbs
    GW (end): 150 lbs

    Other Goals:
    Weigh 220 lbs by middle of April
    Weight under 190 before the end of the year!

    I filled in your data on colunm af. There is not a cell for January 31st. Hopefully you'll be even better this Sunday, 3 Feb. Not sure why you can't enter data. Must be some glitch between your computer and MFP. Anyway glad to put in data for you if you can't.

    I started Keto last year, December. I have committed to one year of keto and tracking.

    Tuesday 1/1 197.6
    Sunday 1/6 195.8
    Sunday 1/13 192.9
    Sunday 1/20 191.6
    Sunday 1/27 189.6
    Thursday 1/31 188.8

    I weighed, measured, tracked and maxed out my macro and was always under my calories.
    I did not cheat on my food.
    I did not work out.

    January 8.8 pounds.

    @4031isaiah yes, unfortunately, Google does not allow editing using Safari but only through their Sheets app on the iOS devices.

    still no access to a scale (as forecast)...and did even worse than i thought
    2 Jan 19: waist: 47/hips: 46.5/thigh: 28.3
    1 Feb 19: waist: 47.3/hips: 46.5/thigh:28

    so despite increase in waist & hips, and/or not knowing exactly how to measure, I now can zip, button, and be nearly comfortable in the second pair of jeans i bought for tracking non-weight changes.
