    Hmpf, wildly fluctuating again while I've been a very good girl all week!
    I read an article somewhere that weighing in on Wednesday is more reliable (no weekend sins to compensate, motivation still there etc), maybe I can change my day to Wednesday in February and see whether that works better?
    Because I was under my goal every day and exercised every day except Tuesday I'm still ok with this :smile:
