    He is thank goodness. Trying to keep him from running around and jumping on couch has been interesting.
    @gemwolf110 OMG I know how that is. I've got a cat who gets a recurring viral thing with his eye, and I have to cone him for a day or so while it clears up and I swear to God one of these days he's going to break his neck because that stupid cone doesn't phase him and he's always running into things with it on. I love him but he is not a bright cat lol.

    Daily check in - Thursday

    Track - yes
    Calories- no
    Exercise- no

    Snow day here today. I’m sore from my workout yesterday and shoveling snow, so I took a break, plus too cold and snowy to go for a walk. Made wings for dinner tonight and they put me over calorie-wise.

    A little extra comfort food to smooth away the soreness is okay as long as it's not a constant thing

    Another craft day for me. Seeing family this weekend and have to finish some things up before I do.

    This will be my family’s very late Christmas. See how I do. Haven’t had any kind of cheat day since I started but I fill up so quickly when eating not sure how much damage I could really do! I’ll enjoy what I can eat regardless! 😁

    ROOTING for you to stay focused and hope you guys have fun

    At first it was slight +, so I had to go ladies room three times to get 0 :s which is kind of unfair as I was almost perfect eater this week. Well... hopefully next week will be a good one o:)

    Don't fret but stay positive and also stop measuring for fat loss as well by measuring your inches I'll bet you'll always have a loss

    Week: February Week 1
    Weigh In Day: Friday

    PW = 154.2
    CW = 155.6🥺😫😖

    🤷🏻‍♀️ Well not the way I hoped to start off in February, but 👉🏻TOM (and I don't mean Tom Brady 😂) and last weekend's SuperBowl eats and last Friday's luncheon. Part of the journey is gains--- it's not lateral--have to keep telling myself that so I don't feel disappointed after so much effort.

    Stay focus on your goal and start measuring your inches and I'll bet you'll be surprised of the DIFFERENCE.

    Track: yes
    Calories: no........
    Exercise: stairs at work plus 65 squats
    Water: 80 oz

    I failed at dinner. We had fettuccine and meat sauce with a side salad, and I did that thing where you eat with your eyes...
    I didn't finish everything on my plate, because I was full. But I wasn't uncomfortable full, so I call that a win. I feel a compulsion to finish everything on my plate, and the fact that I didn't because I was full, is good.

    So that was sorta kinda a success cause you stop yourself

    First I apologize for not checking in yesterday but I could only do the bare minimum as I receive bad news yesterday about my mom, apparently she has Stage 5 kidney disease and has only 12% kidney function what upsets me the most is that we wouldn't have known if my sister didn't go behind her back and called the doctor so now we are trying to figure out if she's just giving up to go be with my dad, who pass last April. (So depressing I know) I wasn't going to share but Idecided to because it's better than to eat my feelings which is a major NSV for me yesterday cause usually I'll be binging. But I stuck to my meal plan even though my refrigerator still haven't been fix and had to buy lean cuisine cause at my freezer is still sorta kinda cold and I do not want to order anything as I am doing so well right now. Also today I go see the Nutritionist and get weighed another trigger So still trying to staying positive by thinking joyful thoughts: :wink :smiley:

    @gjaholy33 I’m so sorry about your mother. You are doing amazing and you continue staying strong because you’ll need to be for her and your family! And continue toward a healthier you because I’m sure that’s what you mom wants for you!! ❤️

    Thanks for the encouragement

    I'm so sorry Gloria.... I know how stressed you must be. Boy have I've been there. 😌💔 I know that it's hard to focus on yourself when someone you love so dearly is sick and struggling---but you must put yourself first---and don't feel guilty for it.. you do it for you and for your family --- take care of yourself for her too, she wants you to be healthy.

    Keep up the great work---you're pushing through obstacles like a pro! YOU GOT THIS🙌

    🙏Sending you prayers for your Mom🙏❤️

    Appreciate it

    @gjaholy33 First, you don't have to apologize...and that's some pretty upsetting news, the positive is that you didn't go crazy and let your emotions get the better of you, that is one of the hardest things to do and you did it.
    One of the things I've learned over the last couple years, weighing doesn't have to be a negative thing. It's a number, one measure of progress. It won't tell the whole story, and it's really just a number, one small piece of the puzzle. You have to realize that you've done so well for yourself, and whether or not that scale agrees with you right now, doesn't necessarily matter, it will eventually catch up, the scale is usually the slowest to show progress, so stay positive, you have done amazing things, and you will continue to do amazing things.

    And on a side note, I didn't do my daily post yesterday either, and my only excuse is I stayed up way to late (until the wee hours of the morning) to build a gaming server for my husband only to have it not be completely operational, so there's that....
    Soooo your reason is far better than mine.

    Lol. . .thanks for making me laugh. I told the nurse only tell if it's more than 500lbs so I know I need to make changes she didn't so I'm on the right path

    @gjaholy33 I’m sorry to hear about your mom. I’ll keep your family in my thoughts. I’d say you had a pretty big NSV yesterday with not binging to deal with your feelings!

    I know right, very proud of myself. Can't wait to share with my therapist next week as this has been my greatest stumbling block. Thanks for your prayers appreciate it.
