    At least my one year old is excited about the frozen broccoli I’m eating for lunch!

    I’ve been slacking with my veggie intake so attempting to get at least 3 servings a day. Had two servings of broccoli with lunch

    ETA: that’s bagel on her tray. The moment I put a piece of broccoli on her tray, she grabs it up to eat

    @Beckymomof3girls I'm with her, personally, broccoli is my favorite. :smile: And she's super cute!!

    Another craft day for me. Seeing family this weekend and have to finish some things up before I do.

    This will be my family’s very late Christmas. See how I do. Haven’t had any kind of cheat day since I started but I fill up so quickly when eating not sure how much damage I could really do! I’ll enjoy what I can eat regardless! 😁

    This week was almost perfect regarding CICO, but I feel fat and scared to step on scale tomorrow. Tonight's late dinner was at 9PM. I'm still full and feel quite bad &sad.

    @AB0215 thanks! Fresh broccoli steamed, with a little butter is one of my favorites, but in attempts to cut down on our grocery budget, I’m trying frozen veggies which I’m not a huge fan of.

    Snow day here today. I’m sore from my workout yesterday and shoveling snow, so I took a break, plus too cold and snowy to go for a walk. Made wings for dinner tonight and they put me over calorie-wise.

    Probably walking but I do like swimming, just don’t get much chance to go.

    Ha ha....my favorite activity is laying on the sofa and watching TV. Does that count? I guess my favorite actual activity is walking and chatting with my neighbors.

    🤷🏻‍♀️ Well not the way I hoped to start off in February, but 👉🏻TOM (and I don't mean Tom Brady 😂) and last weekend's SuperBowl eats and last Friday's luncheon. Part of the journey is gains--- it's not lateral--have to keep telling myself that so I don't feel disappointed after so much effort.
