Goals for tomorrow:
1. Eat mindfully and only when I am hungry. I’ve gotten out of the habit these last couple of weeks
2. Eating at a friends house for dinner. Watch my portions and enjoy the company more than the food! I’d also like to pass on dessert but will see how that goes
3. Drink at least 80oz of water

I didn't track today and don't think my calories were too far out of wack except for one hideous binge meal. Oh well. Got that out of my system now back on track tomorrow
Exercise: 45 min treadmill and 15k steps today

Tomorrow's plan: get in some before excuses activity and stick to my food plan. I'm hoping tonight's binge meal doesn't trigger sugar cravings. Maybe I should sneeze in the bag of m&ms and let the dog lick the fresh rolls just in case

Valentine’s check in.....
Oh boy what a doozie! Calories ridiculously over! I find myself sooooo far in the hole with my WW points on the first day of the tracking week that I will be digging myself out all weekend. I will say that I enjoyed every minute of it though.
I also didn’t meet my goals yesterday so I will work on that for today and over the weekend.2 -
Oops yesterday was a disaster! Ate a ridiculous amount of chocolate. Anyway it’s behind me now, today’s been better.
Steps have been great all week so there’s a hope I’m breaking even fingers crossed3 -

I've been through the team thread three times and found step counts that I missed each of the three times. Rather than a fourth pass, could you verify your entries to make sure we've posted everything?
Note that we need steps late Saturday or early Sunday, if possible, to close out the week so that the Mods can determine the winners.
