Happy with a loss this week! I was actually mad at myself because it could have been more but the night before weigh in I had a binge so I could have had 2-3lbs off instead. I was convinced I’d maintain again so thought ‘eff it’. Idiot. {{I HAVE TO STOP BEING MEAN TO MYSELF!! Give yourself a break, Lorraine. Jings.}}
I totally forgot that “this month’s diet is next month’s body” - and this time last month I was off work for a week with flu and hardly ate a bite all week! D’oh! Coulda capitalised on that, but here’s to this coming week... as long as Mother Nature shows a bit of mercy lol.

Every day wont be amazing. Mine have been pretty low lately with actually doing this weird adult thing called work.
I'm hoping the new job allows me to accomplish workouts again.
oh I must be behind... new job?
Yeah. Got an acting opportunity for the next 4 months and I'm hoping it's more stable than my current one. 😊1 -

I have some good news to share...
I had my blood work done yesterday and got the results this morning.
Glucose is at 68 and total cholesterol is at 148. Happy with the results....
However, my A1C results showed my average glucose over the last 3 months was at 100.( All the delicious food that I ate in Egypt in December showed up 😁)
Food tracking and mindful eating not only helps reduce weight but helps with overall health as well.8 -
