    I truly hate unexplained weight gain, when I can't figure out why. I know there are several factors that might come into play. However, I'm not deterred. Still determined. And still staying the course.

    Maybe weigh your food?

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    @12Sarah2015, I do weigh and measure when possible. I ate restaurant food Thursday night (higher sodium), but I only ate 1/2 of my meal. I'm going to weigh in the morning and see if it's still up. I know weight fluctuates for different reasons so I'm trying not to stress about it.

    Sorry one day late in reporting.EGD and another procedure was done on me on Monday.Back pain is going in leg off and on.Also my grandma died yesterday.May her soul Rest In Peace.
