Q: What has kept you going throughout this month?
Okay, I'll go. I've had a rough month with keeping track each day. The first of the month I went to visit my son in SC for a few days (restaurant food, sugar) and then this past weekend we had the threat of flooding (wanting to eat to comfort myself, struggle to get exercise in).
During these two events, the thing on the forefront of my mind was this group and how I didn't want to let the members down. I did have a gain last week, but weighed today and have lost that and a little more so not quite sure what happened. I was able to log each day and I've stayed under my calories and managed to get in at least 20 minutes of exercise.
It's become a lifestyle and no matter what life throws my way, this lifestyle and journey to health is the most important thing. You all have been such an encouragement to me and I say a huge thank you!!
Here's to February and on to bigger and better accomplishments as we head into March!
