Q: What has kept you going throughout this month?
Okay, I'll go. I've had a rough month with keeping track each day. The first of the month I went to visit my son in SC for a few days (restaurant food, sugar) and then this past weekend we had the threat of flooding (wanting to eat to comfort myself, struggle to get exercise in).
During these two events, the thing on the forefront of my mind was this group and how I didn't want to let the members down. I did have a gain last week, but weighed today and have lost that and a little more so not quite sure what happened. I was able to log each day and I've stayed under my calories and managed to get in at least 20 minutes of exercise.
It's become a lifestyle and no matter what life throws my way, this lifestyle and journey to health is the most important thing. You all have been such an encouragement to me and I say a huge thank you!!
Here's to February and on to bigger and better accomplishments as we head into March!

For Me, I have been feeling how my pants fit more loosely and achieving my goal of 1 pound loos per week.
I am now seeing and feeling the results of my hard work, so that has kept me going.1 -

A little bummed as no one likes to see a gain but happy it is only 0.4 pounds and not more.
I have been getting back to exercising and working on eating healthier so that is what is most important.
My endometriosis has been terrible today and yesterday so that could have contributed to the gain.
Only lost 0.7 pounds in February but that's way better than January when I gained 2.4 pounds!1 -
@matthewsfive, yes! Saturday will be your last weigh-in for February and your starting weight for the March challenge. Your first weigh-in for March will be on March 9th.

Wow, my first gain since New Year's. My cloths have been fitting better, so I will take a loss of inches over pounds any day. Oh, well, I just need to do better next week.3 -
Pre-logged dinner and checking in early b/c of plans tonight.
I'm disappointed in the amount of weight I lost this month, but I LOST THIS MONTH! I biked 165 miles so now I've biked from Nashville TN to Tifton GA in two months.
