Its a loss . This week going to drop cals down to 2,100. Keeping macros same just dropping fat by 17g. Hoping to see 1-1.5 lbs loss next week. Stay stroung on the food front guys. The food is 95% of weight loss. Stay within your cals and that fat will melt!1 -

Another 1.5lbs gone this week! I didn't have the best week food wise, so I got really strict over the last few days, and also upped my exercise to counter balance my bad eating. And I'm glad it paid off! I'm now only 4.5lbs away from being under 250lbs, but I'm going on holiday soon, and that might put a dent in my progress.2 -
