    Sorry all for being MIA last week. It was a rough week of sickness and running errands for everyone else.
    For all who lost last week....awesome job, keep up the good work!!
    For those who gained, like myself, let's see if we can finish this month off strong!!
    Only 1 week until March....that much closer to spring, yay!!!..tired of cold and snowy and ready for some sun and warmth.

    Its a loss :| . This week going to drop cals down to 2,100. Keeping macros same just dropping fat by 17g. Hoping to see 1-1.5 lbs loss next week. Stay stroung on the food front guys. The food is 95% of weight loss. Stay within your cals and that fat will melt!

    I was terrible this weekend...drank way too much at the casino and buffet...Sunday was worse. Praying next month I get motivated

    Another 1.5lbs gone this week! I didn't have the best week food wise, so I got really strict over the last few days, and also upped my exercise to counter balance my bad eating. And I'm glad it paid off! I'm now only 4.5lbs away from being under 250lbs, but I'm going on holiday soon, and that might put a dent in my progress.
