    Had dinner out with my boyfriend last night at a diner in his town. We both had salads, and ended up going to sleep soon after we got back.

    We will be having dinner out again tonight, as long as our trivia championship isn't cancelled. I have all my other food logged for the day, so staying under will be good 😊

    @cossmoss15, it's not good, no, but it's not terrible either!! Under two pounds, so nothing that a concerted effort of diet and exercise can't reverse in short order!! You got this!!

    @Jaynee1961, you are seriously on a roll!! Okay, maybe last week was a modest point four, (they can't all be huge weeks!), but over ten pounds for the month....that is fantastic!!! Keep the momentum going for March!!

    Had a seminar all day today and managed to prepare everything ahead of time. Brought all my healthy food, took walks on all the breaks. Feel like a life rockstar for succeeding today :)

    Stayed under for the day. Trivia was extremely long, but we came in 7th place. We were only ~40points from First place. It was a fun night and the food was good 😊
