So I did much better than yesterday I add saw raw veggies as a snack and for my afternoon snacks motts 50 calorie no sugar added applesauce so brought my calories up to 855calories today so I hit the mark still not up to MFP standards but it's what this new plan consists of to meet my Nutritionist needs and with all the water and herbal tea with honey and lemon for when craving sweet I'm full and yes I've already had my last meal at 5pm. Just drinking liquids the rest of the evening. Also had 7 hrs of sleep and got another paper done. Below are my meals

Comments: I feel better when I fast. My mind is clearer, I have more energy and my mood is high. Especially noticeable coming off of a weekend of indulging in too much sushi and cake--- parties. Going to try to continue for a few days since it is a fasting Holy Week for my Easter anyway.

@inmylife1979 I try to drink 3 or more liters a day so I fill 3 1-ltr bottles each morning and make sure they're all gone by the end of the day.2
