As if being a mom wasn't hard enough! Being sick as a Mom is the worst... Between feeling sick and taking care of the kids, I especially hate hearing "Mom's don't get the day off." Try to get some rest. Ask for help! Sending good healing vibes! I hope you feel better soon.2 -

@inmylife1979 I try to drink 3 or more liters a day so I fill 3 1-ltr bottles each morning and make sure they're all gone by the end of the day.2 -

I have a 20 oz bottle on hand and I have to drink a certain amount before I can eat something. If I want to drink 3 bottles before lunch, I can't have lunch till that's done. And since I love food and love eating.... it helps me get my water in. hahaha2 -

INSPIRATIONAL QUOTE FOR TODAY:
Have a WONDERFUL and blessed day!
Regards,
Glorious Gloria
P.S. In my daily post yesterday I posted my calories that are below recommended daily value (DV) this is a plan my Nutritionist has me on. Please use CAUTION when deciding your own food plan and use the recommended DV unless under doctor's care. The only thing I do advocate is more clean eating and less processed food.5 -

I use a 24 oz. bottle with a straw (so I can sip it during workouts easily). I bought it at Bed Bath and Beyond --it's a Tervis--I refill it at least 2 times during morning workout (so I drink at least 72oz before noon). I also keep 20 oz. disposable hot cups next to my coffee maker (Kcups) and I fill one with coffee and one with tea and take them to go 1st thing in the AM (so that adds another 40oz. right away and the caffeine fuels my workout). Then I try to refill the tea or decaf each hour as I can during the day. Before bed I drink at least 1/2 of a 33.8oz smart water (has electrolytes to stave off leg cramps!!😣 It works!)2 -

Goals/Day/Comments: I did terrible this weekend, and slow to get back on track today. Was also sick today, so I worked from home, with easy kitchen access. 😩
@Wildmage69 I only work from home and my office is less than 10 feet from the kitchen, so that was something I struggled with for a while, but it's easier now, and I make frequent trips to the kitchen, I just get water out of the fridge.....sort of like a Jedi mind trick lol, I did get something, it was just calorie free.
“These aren’t the cookies you’re looking for”. Ha! Good trick. I do need to drink more water too.

Daily post for Tuesday
Track: yes
Calories: yes, under
Exercise: stairs at work and 100 squats
Water: about 160 oz
I took a random chilli from the mfp database. I think its a bit high for what I had, but I'm gonna leave it. Since I didn't make it, and don't have the recipe, its hard to figure out just how many calories I had....
But I think I was under cals by about 15. Haha0 -
