    Thanks @UTMom81 for the no junk food challenge reminder. I feel like its time to go back to the basics to get back on track so I'm starting the no junk food challenge again.

    - Exercise: Some martial arts forms practice, stepping while waiting for family dinner to cook, extra trips up and down the stairs. Didn't do a big extended session of anything.

    Calories, well I struggled with hunger all day.
    Water/coffee, I tried to drink as much as I could but I think I'm still dehydrated
    Exercise, walked when I could but it rained alot today. I was able to run after work.
