I was surprised that I only gained about half a pound given the 3 day weekend I had enjoying myself. I guess that just means that my body is somehow still burning calories when doing other activities besides actual workouts.
I am back in my old routine and I do find myself a little sluggish. I just need to pull through and hopefully see better results next week.

Calories, well I struggled with hunger all day.
Water/coffee, I tried to drink as much as I could but I think I'm still dehydrated
Exercise, walked when I could but it rained alot today. I was able to run after work.

Was a crazy day for me so no tracking but I made good choices and tried to rely on tried and true habits to get me through days like these. Have not returned to working out as I am still recovering from this darn virus.4 -

I’ve had a near perfect week w food, moving etc and I’m putting off getting onto scales until weigh in day as I get obsessive.
But... pretty sure weight is same . Clothes feel the same.3 -

What is GVT?
I think it's weights. It's whatever Joe Wicks calls the exercises in the back of his book.
I didn't because hubby didn't go to college like he said he would.

I do keto off and on. I find it takes a lot of prep and planning but the only time I see any weight loss is when I keep my carbs below 60g.
I've been eating fairly low carb for almost a year to keep my blood sugar in check which has been working so far. The diabetic nurse I see told me that on a non-fasting blood test they can look at a blood cell and see how much sugar attached to the cell over the last 3 months but 50% of the reading will be based on the last month. My next blood test is in 6 weeks so it's time to do keto again and see if this really works. Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping to no longer be a type 2 diabetic.2
