Food choices have been good today - Salasd and crackers.
Water and steps are down. Who scheduled meetings for today??? They kept me in a chair not moving.
Whoever it was, I found out that I will hear one way or the other about the job late next week. HR is making my director hold the position open until next Wednesday. Someone asked her who is replacing my manager on our conference call about a software upgrade.
The other meetings were routine stuff that could have waited until Monday.1 -

Home on Sunday. Did lots of swimming and walking today. Balanced it out with a lot of wine, mojitos and corona.

I got into the gym early today... usually my son comes with me to Body Combat, but today he had a Robotics event, so Hubby and the boys went that way---I went to the gym.
Body Combat, Arc trainer and treadmill. Done✔️
.... now to stick to my menu and STOP eating chocolates😫🍫😖😣 (sweets, namely chocolate is my weakness).1 -

Had all good intentions of starting a food diary yesterday...then went to work. It was someone's birthday and they had brought in those little bitesize rocky road cakes and mini flapjacks. My resolve wasn't strong enough, I had one, then another, then another and later on...there was one left....Yep, I had that too! Then I ended up having a glass of wine, ok make that 2, when I got home!
Today has been a little better with porridge for breakfast and a cheese and tuna wholemeal toasted pitta for lunch. Did manage to avoid opening the biscuits (NSV??) but now I am indulging in a glass of wine.
I definitely need to get my focus back onto what exactly I am eating, rather than hoping to get closer to my target weight without making some suitable efforts! Any positive vibes gratefully received!2 -
