Big NSV today for me. Went to the movies after church with a bunch of friends. We went to Moe's and I was able to stay on track, limited chips to 1/4 of the basket and gave the rest away. Then, when the huge popcorn bucket was passed at the movies, I refrained. In the past, I would have had ordered whatever from the menu, eaten all the chips, and had way too much popcorn. So thankful for this change to healthy choices.

I'm so scared to step on the scale in the morning 🙈 lol. It's been a low week, emotionally. Been so drained with my almost one year old preemie that I haven't made the healthiest choices, like skipped meals here and there from being too tired. Didn't exercise much at all from being too tired. I gained an inch back ugh. But got a new plant based multivitamin, hopefully that'll help with my energy and metabolism.

I think my bumps are, I'm a Baker and I think I have to taste everything that goes out my door. And I have 2 grandsons(16) that live with me and its Taco bell and brownies every day. Sunday family dinners is hard some times. Mondays are hubby day and we eat out. I'm still in the learning process of what to eat and healthy eating, I've been doing really good but I do have hard days and I tell myself its ok and go back the next day to better eating. Checking in here and keeping track of what I eat really helps me.

My bumps in the road are just plain food love lol. I am still craving stuff, even though I know for a fact I am full. The convenience of fast food is a killer too vs making food. I have so much wonderful support though, I know I'm gonna make it. Just have to keep putting one foot in front of the other each day!!

I’m sorry to say I’m going in for surgery tomorrow so I’ll be out for a while. I don’t want to pull the team down while I’m recovering . I will come back in a few months when I can focus better. Good luck to all!

Got a kickboxing work out in this morning (30 minutes) and planning to go to the park this afternoon with my kids. I have tracked my breakfast and feel like today is going to be a good day! I really need to lose the spare tire at my mid-section, and tone up my arms. My big goal is to be at my pre-pregnancy weight for August 9th, which is when my baby will be 2. 2 years of holding onto all of this weight has been so tough. But my weight keeps yo-yoing, and I have not been able to get past 200lbs. It is getting frustrating...
