my daughter didn't sleep so I only got four hours sleep last night. Very tired. Plus it's celebration time, so lots of junk food. I've been eating at maintenance all week. Need to start cooking more variety in my dinners I think.

3rd week in a row that I've had a loss.
Need to lose 0.6 pounds to get to my December 19th weight of 140.8 pounds.

After feeling all down in the dumps yesterday, I somehow ended up with a loss over 2 lbs. I plan to stay on track this week with meals and exercise, hopefully I will break 200 lbs in the next two weeks! Onward and upward!6 -

So i didn't hit the 180's as i'd hoped this week but i went out Friday night on a spur of the moment invite and had such a blast! You gotta live for these once in a lifetime moments and then pick yourself back up the next day.3 -

Still meeting my goal of 1 pound a week, but it's getting harder to do. I know soon that I will have to go to 1/2 pound a week, but for now I am happy with my progress.7 -

Not doing well at all this week. I guess I have done some exercise but not much, been so tired as daughter doesn't sleep well on daycare days. Ate heaps of fattening food today and I have little motivation again to exercise. I guess it's because the scales say I weigh less than my wedding day, but my body composition doesn't show it (I had more muscles back in the day). Plus I don't feel self conscious anymore eating junk coz I'm thinner than most (the new town I'm in has the highest obesity levels in the state) and BMI says I'm average. I can now fit into Australian size eight clothes (smallest size), but not flattering yet. Ive yet to find someone in real life to be supportive, except my husband (but he's now more concerned with his own weight than me as he's overweight, so he's off to play soccer while I don't have a sport, though I'd like to swim... Both of us can't do it) I try telling work I'm on a diet but they ignore it.. I need to be stronger here. Just not sure where to start. I need more motivation than just logging each day I think.1

@12Sarah2015, do you know about the Ultimate Accountability Challenge? Here's the link for today's check-in: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10728712/march-23-sign-in#latest. Along with TBL, UAC has been so instrumental to keep me logging every bite I eat and to get at least 20 minutes of exercise a day. @RangerRickL runs the group and is a great motivator. April's page is now open so if you want to wait until then you can, or you can jump right in today. At the end of the month, whoever has not missed more than three days gets huge applause by being in the winner's circle. Hope this helps!
