Good morning teammates!
I'm a 5th grade ELA teacher in Washington state. I have been using MFP for sometime now but after a few personal issues, I ended up gaining back most of the weight I had lost. Recently I have been extremely busy and stressed with work. Right now I'm enjoying spring break and hope that time away from the stress will help me get back on track. My current goal is to get out of the 200s for good. 😊4 -

You go this!! Since you're just back from vacation your body is probably holding water weight from extra sodium in restaurant food as well as just body fluctuation from the flight. Drink lots of water and weigh in again next week, I bet you will drop!!3 -

I'm BAAAAA-CCK! This will be my 5th month with this challenge. I've been so much more accountable than before I joined. Thanks to all who inspire, motivate, advise me, especially @amram3582! It's also helped me to make a few friends, some of who share the keto plan with me.
I'm a humorist and professional speaker, a grandmother of 5, and care-giver of my disabled daughter and granddaughter. My name is Mary. My husband, Mr. Data, is my sweet William. He's loved me through thick and thin. I may be the oldest one (75yrs) on this team Flab-U-Less, so you've got to treat me with lots of respect!
Fourteen years ago, I Iost 120 lbs after gastric bypass surgery. I've "maintained" that loss within 20lbs. When I started in Dec. I weighed 187.6 which is exactly what I weighed post surgery. Yesterday, I weighed in at 178.2 - almost 10 lbs gone thanks to The Biggest Loser Challenge. For health reasons, to feel better and to have a BMI of 26, I'd like to lose an additional 13 lbs. My goal for April is to keep my daily calories at 1300, exercise 5 days a week and lose 5 lbs. I need to stop eating my exercise calories! Well, first I need to exercise more.

Uh, oh. Got on the scale this a.m. for my weigh-in day, to a blank screen. I'm disappointed because I think that I lost at least 1 lb and maybe 2. @mram3582 - I think I'd like to change my weigh-in day to Friday also. Okay?
Can anyone recommend a dependable scale that is reasonably priced? I don't need anything fancy - just accurate!0 -

@Starshine15 I use an Etekcity digital scale, it's cheap $19.99 and I've had it for 2 years now with no trouble. It has a backlit display which is great in the morning when I don't turn the lights on before weighing in. I bought it on Amazon. @Starshine15 I forgot to mention that my only gripe is that the scale only goes by 1/5 of lbs, .2, .4, .6 lbs etc. No tenths.0

@Starshine15 Hi I use the Tanita BF-680 Body Fat/Body Water Scale
by Tanita from Amazon after a year it's still great $66 There are so many swanky ones out there. Fitbit has one that sends data from your scale to your Fitbit0 -

@dheliason I'm sorry. I'd bet if you drink up most of it will be gone in a day or two though.
