Calories: Went over by 739, but I feel pretty proud of myself that I still kept it under maintenance.

Comments: Dad brought me general tso tofu with crab rangoons (my favorite!) because I was feeling under the weather. Instead of eating the entire thing like usual, I weighed it out. After eating my portion, I was still super-hungry and was tempted to just eat the rest and not log it. But, I told myself to just get another measured-out portion. I still went over my goal, but I feel like I made some good progress today.3 -

Sorry guys....this week was just not a great one and was somewhat stressful. Getting back on track now and hopefully my first weigh in for April will be much better. On the plus side, I'm just glad I didn't go back over 130kg and plan to never again!!!!1 -

Comments: Felt pretty good today and even got to indulge in some cookie overload ice cream. I also made some veggie nuggets that tasted fantastic! Tomorrow's my weigh-in and I'm a bit nervous, but optimistic.

Hey everyone, I'm back from vacation. I decided to just weigh in Friday as planned. That will give me a week to get my act together. I did not remain as focused with my eating as I should have while on vacation but we did walk almost everywhere. I got my 10,000 steps in almost every day. We were at an all inclusive resort in Mazatlan so food and drinks were included, as was golf (the best part for the hubby). Now it's time to refocus. April is here!1
