Work has been insane and that seems to continue. Going into the office today.
I'm hoping that towards the end of April I can get back into my workout routine. Right now it's just not happening 4 kids + crazy litigator job!1 -

Speaking of exercise. The Saturday yoga class at my gym is scheduled for 75 minutes. I made it through 45 minutes and only had to modify for planks. I am not unhappy with that for my first exercise since surgery.
Working on 2nd 24 oz bottle of water. Pretty pleased so far today.2 -

WHAT KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED TO CONTINUE ON YOUR JOURNEY?
For me and many of us, it's the need and want to have good health--- to change/improve our numbers; cholesterol, diabetes/sugars, blood pressure. To feel better, to look better, to fit in your favorite fashions, to move better, to gain energy back to play with your kids, grandkids, TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!
