    Had lunch with the boss and he picked burger place! So I'm not surprised at the small gain. lol.

    Work has been insane and that seems to continue. Going into the office today.

    I'm hoping that towards the end of April I can get back into my workout routine. Right now it's just not happening :( 4 kids + crazy litigator job!

    Speaking of exercise. The Saturday yoga class at my gym is scheduled for 75 minutes. I made it through 45 minutes and only had to modify for planks. I am not unhappy with that for my first exercise since surgery.
    Working on 2nd 24 oz bottle of water. Pretty pleased so far today.

    For me and many of us, it's the need and want to have good health--- to change/improve our numbers; cholesterol, diabetes/sugars, blood pressure. To feel better, to look better, to fit in your favorite fashions, to move better, to gain energy back to play with your kids, grandkids, TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!

    THE CHALLENGE THIS WEEK: FIND YOUR WHY!!!

    THIS IS GOING TO BE THE MODS CHALLENGE FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS
    WE WILL START THE CHALLENGE WHEN ALL OF THE TEAMS REPORT ON THE CAPTAIN THREAD THAT THE TEAMS HAVE BEEN MADE. THIS ONLY FAIR SO WE ALL START OFF ON THE RIGHT FOOT.

    THE PLAYING TIME IS A 24 HOUR PERIOD FOR EACH DAY STARTING AT MIDNIGHT EACH DAY. THIS IS TO ACCOMMODATE OUR OVERSEAS MEMBERS.

    MAKE UP A BATTING ROSTER…SO THE TEAM KNOWS WHO’S ON FIRST AND SO ON…. EXAMPLE…. GREG IS ON FIRST STEVE IS THE NEXT BATTER AND HITS A DOUBLE THAT PUTS GREG ON 3RD AND STEVE ON 2ND THEN THE NEXT BATTER BUNTS BOTH BASE RUNNERS STAY IN PLACE. NEXT BATTER HITS A TRIPLE …GREG AND STEVE BOTH GO HOME FOR 2 POINT AND THE BATTER IS ON 3RD

    YOU ARE ONLY UP ONCE IN A 24 HR PERIOD.

    I know I haven't been good with being on time for a while. Trying to do the best with the crazy travel schedule if the past few months.

    Weight inching upwards. That reminds me - I should get the tape measure out. Hopefully that has better news, what with all my efforts of the past week to revert to Keto/ low carb. Food has been on point even though exercise hasn't. I'm hoping that next week will be a better story.
