Ahanaz - Sunday - April Week 3

Almost a pound. Earlier this week I was hoping for more as I saw 160.8 multiple days. But still . . . It's down. I've been better at the 16h fast, and doing much better on keto as well. Still sneaking in one too many chocolates. When I were at my best, I had 1-3 piece of chocolate a day, and still lost a good pound a week. I need to get back to that. I know some think one should stop it all together, but mentally that doesn't work for me. Yes I'm addicted, but I believe and know that if I just put my mind on it, I can moderate it.
I'm still not good enough on my water though. Will keep working on that.
In my app this is still putting me above my first milestone . . . 160lbs. I have it at 5lbs per milestone. I was down to working on the 150lbs at the beginning of the year. I'm working on getting back to that, just not as extreme, so I can maintain it.4 -
Sorry I forgot last week and I’m on track to weigh the same this week. Frustration. Is my new first name.

I've been at my daughters dance competitions for the last 3 days. I spent 4 to 8 hours there every day. Exhausting! She was awarded second highest score, they call it Platenum and best dance of the period for one of her dances. She was invited back for the final show, her team was the only one in her dance studio. First time ever for her. We were both so proud of her moment. Today I got out for a long walk before going. I am going to have to be on track food wise this week to have the scale be my friend at the end I'd the week. I hope everyone have a great weekend.4 -

Sorry I got a little behind. I've been moving very little this past week due to feeling ill and dealing with another round of vertigo. I'm hoping to get it under control hopefully after seeing another specialist at the end of this month. I need to be able to function like a normal person again.4 -

oh no. Vertigo is the absolute worst. I have it, luckily not that often, but mine last a couple weeks each, and usually end up in the ER the day it starts due to severe dehydration. Ive seen multiple doctors and specialists and tried different meds, had all kinds of tests done and they found nothing wrong. Finally I went to a chiropractor and have not had one in a few years.
I sure hope they can find whats causing it and help you. I would not wish that on anyone.2
