I did okay yesterday. Here is hoping today is the same.
1. Stick to my tracked my meals - I’ve already done breakfast and lunch. ✅
2. Drink more water than I did yesterday. Have a water bottle with me wherever I go.✅
3. Get outside and get some exercise with the kids✅
4. Try and get a formal workout in sometime today✅
My goals for today:
1. Go for a walk at lunch
2. Drink 100oz of water
3. Stick to my preplanned meals
4. Limit snacks to what I pack for work1 -
Back home again after aweek in Cuba at a all incuisive. Time to get back on track which will be hard this week. I found out my surgry is on Thursday for a heria repair. So i have lots to do before then. I will be on more now. My daughter and grandkids are also coming for a visit for a few days. Time for a walk before everyone gets here check in later

Wow. I did not see this coming. I mist have done a lot of walking this past weekend bc I didn't workout for 3 days. The beginning of the week started off with a bang then I got super stressed about work since I work at a bakery and it was holiday weekend. Lots of orders. My bf had some cousins over from El Salvador visiting so we took them around town the whole day on Friday.
Back to my routine this week. Looking forward to seeing my number go down but also feeling so much better about myself in my clothes and just feeling stronger.

I would love to play, and I will if you need me, but.......I've got a lot going on the next two weeks. I've had to plan for several "rest" days, and plan to do double workouts on the other days. That's the plan - at some point my body might disagree with that plan.
I did four miles yesterday. Today was a "rest day". Wednesday and Saturday are also planned rest days. We'll see how tomorrow goes - I'm supposed to run and lift. Hopefully I can leave work at a reasonable time to get both in.1 -

Exercise: 30 minutes on the treadmill. I wanted to do more but I hadn't eaten much and I think my blood sugar dropped really low. I felt like I was going to faint so I got off and had a protein shake.
I'm trying to get myself back on plan. Today at the church we had a ton of candy leftover and I moved much of it up to the Sunday school rooms and the rest went into the trash. No more candy for me!!

Well this is pants - still got no scales!
I am skint and can't afford to buy a replacement at the mo. I will try to weigh myself at the gym on Thursday night if I can. It's a week until payday, and I think I'll just get basic mechanical scales so don't need to worry about batteries. I feel like I've maintained...
One reason for the skintness is a planned weekend at a convention. A whole weekend at a hotel, and one near London as well. So fancy London bar prices, and a general sense of being trapped and not able to control much. Don't get me wrong, we had a fabulous time. But all you can eat buffet breakfasts, booze, and lots of sitting round chatting are not condusive to trying to stay healthy. I began logging food, but my fitbit battery ran out and I just went meh. Mitigated the situation a little by taking food (fruit, salad veggies, crispbreads, peanut butter...). Also, disco!
So money is a thing this last week, and so I am not going to be able to live by the Joe Wicks plan 100% as it's quite dear. Money is going to be a thing for the next 3 or 4 months, unfortunately. Ah well, thank goodness for free resources like this!
