    Going to be a rough week for tracking and meal planning. My parents are in town for my daughter’s graduation so not being at work will potentially get me off track. Going to do my best though.

    @pkg1991, that's all you can do...just try your best!! Enjoy your daughter's graduation week! Does that mean she goes away next year?

    @HASWLRS - yes it does. We live in Louisiana and she’ll be going to college in Mississippi. It’s one of my reasons for wanting to get healthier. She’s the baby of the family and I want to be healthier for all the wonderful adventures awaiting me and my husband as empty nesters.

    My brother moved his wedding up from October to June 18th, and I'm matron of honor, so I now have 1 month to fit my postpartum body into a bridesmaid dress and feel comfortable for pictures! It's good motivation for self-control, lol.

    @susanpiper57, at this point, I suspect, you have a love-hate relationship with your brother, lol!! We are rooting for you!!

    @pkg1998, we are still waiting...our oldest lives at home, three years post college graduation!! He is saving for a house, but housing prices are so stupid, there is no such thing as an affordable starter home anymore. And if there is, it is in such bad shape that it practically has to be gutted!

    Which beginner yoga are you doing? I'm using the amazon prime one with Jess Timit(?) and I kind of love/hate it. I'm still in the first 8 videos and she does some modified moves, but a lot of what she does is still out of reach for me. The stretches are aaaaahhhmazing though.

    @enyagoboom
    I'm doing Fightmaster Yoga on YouTube. There are several beginner series on that channel. It has been very beginner though. Her instructions are clear and it has been the best for building up my flexibility and balance control ,which I have serious lack of, without feeling discouraged. There are so many videos for different skill levels too. It's the best for me that I have been able to find .
    By the way I just got Amazon prime and never thought to look for exercise videos. I will check that one out as well.

    Day: Tuesday
    Tracking: Yes
    Calories: Yes
    Exercise: Yes, z25k week 2 day 1 this morning. Definitely a NSV with this one because i dragged myself to the gym to do laps on the track. Unfortunately I seem to have some pain happening in my left foot so I’m going to stretch and rest for a few days from the running, but will step up the yoga at the very least.

    Also, suuuuper hungry again today. I feel like i could eat all the things if i had the things in front of me to eat. Sigh. Constant challenge I guess.

    I'm not sure if I'm overreacting or not, but I'm thinking I may be coming down with something... I feel chilly, overly tired and a bit achy(possibly due to a very heavy group lift at work). I am already laying in bed, and it's only 7! I'm getting off my phone soon, and getting some sleep. Even though i don't feel that great, my cat is cuddling with me so I will feel better!

    Try rolling your foot on a frozen water bottle. I got plantar fasciitis when I first started running years ago, and that really helps pain and stretching it out.
