WORKOUT WARRIORS TEAM CHAT - MAY 2019

Hello team!!!!! I’m happy to get back on track. I have a long history with weight issues. Gaining and losing. My issue is restriction the. binging, and impulse control. I tried intuitive eating for a while then the weight started increasing. I have to work on not restricting myself and to have a better relationship with food. So I can decrease and hopefully end my binge eating.

I'd love to join in, I need motivation.
I've recently been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism; which has slowed my metabolism down & the medication has caused me to gain a lot of weight, so I'm hoping this will get me focused and back to healthier weight - thanks

I like salads like that, but it's girls night out, so I am probably having a chicken Cobb sald minus the hard boiled eggs.1 -

Good morning fellow Warriors! My profile picture is my six and eight week old Pekingese puppies, an unexpected and unplanned for gift from family. I have to do some juggling, organizing and I must implement changes. I am very happy about my puppies and I'll receive help; but it is also a time challenge because work, puppies, meal planning, shopping and exercises are all time consuming. I have to eat healthily, make wise choices and keep to my exercise programs simultaneously. Using the weekend to figure out routines, workable solutions and seeing to the fluffies immediate needs. Happy Saturday to everyone and I hope that it will be a good weekend for you.2

Week 2
Weigh day: Saturday
Previous weight: 153.8
Current weight: 154.0
Basically holding steady at 153.8-154.0 for past several weeks.... Time to change it up a bit. Went back to kettlebell trainer this week and planning to start running with my son. (He's training for cross country team)

Slow and steady works. A loss is a loss.0 -

Menu plan is done, which is everything except my steps. Now at 7404 so I will make my 8000 I am sure.
If my lists are boring y'all, let me know, but if I tell someone else I will do it, I am less likely to talk myself out of it.1 -

Hello Warriors! My phone did a screen time count for me this past week. I got a below average of 14 hours. I googled that the average screen time for smart phone users are more than 4 hours a day. My 14 hours on the phone exceeds my maximum of 7 hours exercise time a week. I’ll obviously have to reduce phone time to manage with the fluffies; but I wanted to share the information with you because I always seem to have trouble ‘finding time’ to exercise never realizing where it went! Happy Sunday everyone! 💕🐾💕2

Good Morning Warriors! Sorry I haven't been on here much lately. I just wanted to drop in and give you my steps and I'll check back in later today. This is my weekend to work.
