@deanit, so sorry for your injury. That sounds so painful! Like these ladies said before me, you can still stay on track. Mental is a big part of it so don't be so hard on yourself. It's one pound. That's really not so bad considering you weren't able to exercise. We're pulling for you! Your fifth week for May is going to be a loss, I just know it!2

As we finish this month I just want to thank the team for a great month. Some of you have experienced injuries and family or work issues, but you continued on this journey. To those who have a great month of losing, congratulations!! It's not easy to continue to post if you haven't had success on the scale, but that's not the only measure of success in this journey. Remember that, and keep on pushing to a healthier life and body.
